When I Grow Up . . .

This week while we were getting to know each other, we read several books about how each child is unique and special.  We discussed how each of us have something great to offer and the possibilities of what we can do are endless. Each child figured out what they would like to be when they grow up (and their responses are priceless).  I am so excited to see what the future holds for the precious ones.  The possibilities are truly endless!

First Day Jitters

We had such a wonderful first day in first grade!  Every student seemed to adjust really well to their new class and made lots of new friends. I definitely feel blessed to be these precious kiddos teacher.  After reading First Day Jitters today, we each got to write about how we felt this morning before we came to school. Below you can see each child on their first day of first grade.  We are all excited about a new and exciting year!

Meet the Teacher

Can you believe that summer is over and that we are already starting a new school year?  Your precious little one has made it to first grade.  We are going to have such a great time learning and educating your child together.  I am so excited to meet all of you in just a few short minutes!  I have been preparing and am anxiously awaiting your arrival.  I have already heard such wonderful things about ALL of you and can't wait to be apart of your child's educational journey.  It is going to be a great year!
